The main house is located on a plot with 48has.
It was completely recycled and remodeled in 2011.
It has 360 m2 covered and in total approx 500 m2 semi
covered constructions. The living is almost original.
Modern kitchen with views, 5 bedrooms, 2 of them with
bathroom en suite and one of them with dressing wardrobe.
Main Master bedroom with air conditioning.
In total it has 4 bathrooms, 3 complete and 1 social.
They are all equipped with floor heating radiant by
eurocable.

Internal curtains to roll up. For the thickness of the
partially original stones walls, in summer the house

There is a well 25-30 meters deep that delivers water
of drinking water quality. It is possible to pump up
to 12,000 ltr per hour. Now it is limited to 2,000 ltr
per hour. The water pump is connected to a 2,000 ltr tank.
The electric installations are all made new with 5 boards,
all of them with differential switches. Electricity comes
via cable from the gate to the house underground.
All electrical installations were inspected and approved
by UTE, the Uruguayan State electricity company, with
the highest single-phase power rate possible.
There is also has a generator for electricity that works
with gasoline. The house has 6 water heaters.
The electrical system has enough power to turn them on all
at once. Graphite made roof well insulated. One inch
Machimbre wood. Curupai wood base braces imported
from Paraguay.
The land is todally fenced and divided in 6 paddocks.

the original natural construction stones where maintained.
Above the original stone walls, the walls were built with
bricks to the high ceiling. Above the brick walls are iron
beams that support the roof.
There is a “Cava” cellar that was once the storeroom pantry
of the warehaouse store. Around the original stone walls
there was built an insulation system with the very thick
concrete walls and a very thick concrete floor, so it has
no moisture and keeps a stable temerature.
